Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

 

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / HND in any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, experience in tourism/govt sector is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
