Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for CEO
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the CEO and executive team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and appearance
