Job Summary of an Event and Community Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event and Community Coordinator to join our healthy food restaurant brand. This role is central to our mission of promoting healthy living and engaging actively with our community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about organizing memorable events, fostering strong community relationships, and enhancing our brand presence both online and offline.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Community Management:

  • Develop and maintain an interactive online platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email) for customers to connect, share experiences, and receive exclusive content and offers.
  • Foster a sense of community encouraging events participation, feedback and engagement.
  • Curate and provide exclusive content and offers tailored to our audience.
  • Compile reports on event performance, providing insights for future improvements. Event coordination:
  • Coordinate and execute various periodic physical and virtual events like workshops, fitness events and social gatherings.
  • Develop and implement customer appreciation initiatives on a periodic basis. 
  • Manage logistics including venue, catering, guest lists, and equipment requirements. 
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.

2.  Marketing & Communications:

  • Conceptualize promotional materials and strategies for events.
  • Utilize social media and other digital platforms to increase engagement and awareness of events.
  • Prepare post-event reports and analysis to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in event planning, community management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent creative, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
