1. Operations Project Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated individual to be our Operations Project Manager to support the organization in continuing to deliver a high-quality service to our clients
  • As an Operations Project Manager, you will have responsibility for upholding project operational performance standards. The holder will support the internal and external audit function for our project implementations, providing an independent assessment of the adequacy of the internal systems and controls, evaluating risk and ensuring compliance across our project delivery services.
  • The position will design, coordinate and provide administrative direction on all internal control decisions alongside key business stakeholders to achieve the company objectives across project operations
  • You should be able to communicate on all levels in an open and effective way in each area of the business and should be able to drive people by setting the standard and promoting continual improvement.

Key Accountabilities / Duties
Excellence:

  • Create, review and maintain documented information & records at various levels, and ensure they are held to support business and project delivery requirements.
  • Support the client delivery team by adhering to compliance across project processes
  • Audit and review project performance delivery for each team against a set of metrics to ensure compliance with standards
  • Carry out regular checks to ensure the project departments are adhering to company policy and procedure, make recommendations for improvement and support the business to address and prevent the re-occurrence of non-conformance and regulatory breaches
  • Establish training needs and develop a plan to support and deliver requirements across the departmental needs
  • Support, promote, manage and improve our systems, with a particular focus to ISO 90001 certification

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a proven track record 4 + years experience in project delivery organizations
  • A degree in a relevant discipline ( Engineering, Science) preferably having completed an MSc or additional external professional qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment or role would be advantageous (ideally 3 years in an ISO audit-related role and discipline).

2. Sales Intern

Job Description

  • Are you a logical thinker willing to explore various industries markets, sectors and countries with emerging economies? Are you a natural when it comes to interacting with people at the C level? Join our team as a Sales Intern

Responsibilities

  • Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for products or services being offered
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various industry sectors targeted.
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
  • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate discipline with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or social sciences
  • Must be a Fresh graduate awaiting NYSC between the ages of 21 – 27 years old
  • Experience with value proposition sales pitches of ERP systems would be an advantage

3. Sales Representative

Job Description

  • We are searching for a driven technical sales representative to join our dynamic team. The technical sales representative should have a clear understanding of the components of the products and the ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the product’s applications and value derivable by the client.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing and understanding the whole sales engagement cycle and process from lead generation to management of sane lead to opportunity.
  • To be a successful technical sales representative, you should be able to develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers and generate and manage leads to confirmed opportunities. A top-notch technical sales representative should be knowledgeable about competing products and should have the ability to break down technical terminology to nontechnical clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing the technical needs of the customer and demonstrating the solution’s ability to address the same.
  • Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
  • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Understanding and adhering to sales process activity timelines.
  • Updating knowledge base for solution-related documentation.
  • Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
  • Reporting to management about sales made.
  • Updating records of customer communications and contact information.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or a related field.
  • A maximum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience. (Not more than 2 years experience)
  • Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance.
