We’re an established business with thousands of paying customers and a team of 20+ and are searching for a full-time remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our reputation management tool at reviewshake.com. You will use your expertise in performance marketing to generate quality leads for the outbound sales efforts as well as focusing on an end-to-end online sales process. Working with our agencies and partners, you will oversee and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on position that requires you to plan, implement, and oversee all digital marketing campaigns. You will be passionate about learning all things digital and like to keep yourself on top of the latest trends.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Experience with Google analytics and reporting

  • Experience with social media analytics.

  • Working proficiency in Excel.

  • Proficiency in content creation, including writing and editing copy for digital platforms.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.

  • Experience in the Software as a Service industry and reputation management/customer experience sector is a plus

On a typical day, you will:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting ads.

Oversee Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

Measure, Analyze & Optimize traffic, via Google Analytics & Google Marketing Platform

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies.

Create compelling content for website, social media, and other digital platforms to engage audiences and drive conversions.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.

UTM tracking setup, campaign & channel performance analysis, and reporting.

Execute A/B tests, analyze, report, and recommend changes.

  • Salary range:  $54,000 – $62,000 (USD, gross)
