We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Collection Officers/Deposit Mobilization Officers to join our growing team. Your Role:
As a Deposit Mobilization Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind our fund mobilization efforts, identifying potential savers, and promoting the benefits of our Onlending product. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of financial inclusion and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential savers, utilizing both traditional and innovative strategies to expand our customer base.
- Educate clients about the unique benefits of our Onlending product, including its competitive returns, safety, and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new customer segments.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies in the mobilization of funds.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting achievements and insights for strategic growth.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in fund mobilization, banking, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
- A passion for financial empowerment and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections, deposits, or a similar role in the finance and banking industry.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
6. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
