Job Description
- To support the HR Strategy in using data management to influence changes to HR operations, processes, or programs, in order to improve business effectiveness.
- Assist in the management of comprehensive employee information database system
- Direct staff issues to appropriate HR Unit
- Maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information
- Ensure employee information update and implement changes in employee status
- Ensure appropriate access to employee records and information to relevant users
- Ensure maintenance of other bank applications assigned to HRIS unit E-signatory portal etc.
- Manages the HR Portal to ensure consistency across all units and facilitate new initiatives
- Provide support to Team Lead in staff data generation Management/Regulatory Bodies Reports ( adhoc, weekly, quarterly, yearly)
- Provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources in pursuit of HRIS initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum education level –First degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution. Professional membership of a HR body (CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD,) will be an added advantage
Knowledge
• HR Programs and practices
• UBN organizational structure
• Applicable Nigerian Labor Laws
• Statutory regulations e.g. CBN requirements
• Microsoft Excel
