Job Title: Customer Support Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures, etc.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years cognate work experience with at least two (2) years within a reputable and structured business environment.
- Working experience with CRM systems.
Salary
- N300,000 monthly.
