Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Officer at UPDC FM Ltd. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • This includes handling customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing technical support when needed.
  • The role also involves liaising with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer service.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Mass communication or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Strong customer support and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze and understand customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
