- We are seeking a personable and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Customer Service Representative.
- In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and assistance.
Responsibilities- Customer Services Officer
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Seat guests and provide them with menus, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Check-in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
Requirements- Customer Services Officer
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Salary
N80,000 / month.
