Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service and Social Media Manager to join our team in Ota.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and will possess strong skills in managing social media platforms effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of customer service operations, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to customer queries and comments.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align customer service and social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and social media management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service management and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus.
