Customer Service Representative/ Logistics Officer

 

 

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
  • Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
  • Manage and track inbound and outbound items daily.
  • oversee tripping, manifesting, storage, and inventory of parcels on a day-to-day basis.

 

 

Job Details

  • CANDIDATE MUST BE A RESIDENT OF AWKA, ANAMBRA STATE.
  • The work schedule for this job role is as stated below:

5:30 am-1:30 pm (morning shift)

1:00 pm-8:00 pm (Afternoon shift)

Mondays to Sundays with one day off every week.

  • Salary: N55,000-N60,000 monthly.
