We’re currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with technical support and resolving their issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a fast thinker, quick learner, and adaptable to new processes and technologies. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

Makes outbound and receives inbound calls Interprets and explains information as required by the client

Utilize Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, and other software to communicate with clients and manage service requests

Utilizes the computer system to accurately complete the screening for eligibility and disposition the account as required

Must be able to read a script verbatim

Demonstrate technical proficiency and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of customer issues

Monitors actions to ensure goals are met

Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and technologies as needed
-
Understand and agree to role-specific information security access and responsibilities
-
Ensure safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organizations information security policies

Provide feedback on common customer issues and contribute to the improvement of our support processes
-
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
-
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in a customer service role
-
Must have laptop/tablet to complete role requirements
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other relevant software.

Must be able to work shift between the hours of 3pm and 3am
-
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computers and related technologies.
