Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job Summary
Handing all the branch’s documentation including filling of the company’s source documents (Airway bills, Daily sales sheets, weekly sales reports, etc).

Key Responsibilities

  • Market company’s services & products with the view to meeting monthly sales targets
  • Keeping safe custody of all branch’s stationery.
  • Safekeeping and proper disbursements of branch’s float as directed by company policy
  • Management of PODs generation and remittance to origin stations
  • Customer information management including telephones, e-mails, etc
  • Handling complaints and objections from internal and external customers
  • Any other duties that may, from time to time, be assigned

Requirements

  • SC/ND in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent
  • Any graduate qualification is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in similar position
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to apply judgment
  • Information management skills
  • Ability to communicate (Verbal & written)
