Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and other inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback to improve our services.
- Keep a record and manage all client’s database;
- Provide up-to-date customer information required for sales documentation timely.
- Respond to client inquiries about our services swiftly;
- Provide first level customer support and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Send emails to clients when required
- Handle customer feedback and reviews with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and our products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
