Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and other inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback to improve our services.
  • Keep a record and manage all client’s database;
  • Provide up-to-date customer information required for sales documentation timely.
  • Respond to client inquiries about our services swiftly;
  • Provide first level customer support and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Send emails to clients when required
  • Handle customer feedback and reviews with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and our products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
