Job Description

  • As a Customer Care Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for CabVibe users, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring users receive quick and efficient assistance.
  • Your role will be essential in maintaining a positive experience for our customers, thereby contributing to our brand’s reputation and user retention.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support to users.
  • Address user complaints and provide solutions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Document and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Gather customer feedback and report trends to improve service quality.

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
