Job Title: Compensation and Performance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Analyze salary data and market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align compensation practices with organizational goals.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
Benefits:
- The basic salary is between ₦350,000, there is no gender requirement, and no accommodation and meals are provided. Salary includes 20% performance appraisal.
