About the Role
- As the Community Manager/Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our doors.
- You’ll play a vital role in fostering a strong sense of community, managing parent relations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new families.
Responsibilities
Community Management:
- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Schedule tours, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate school communication through newsletters, social media, and our website.
- Facilitate parent engagement initiatives by organizing events and activities.
Admissions & Onboarding:
- Manage the admissions process, including initial inquiries, scheduling tours, and processing applications.
- Facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new families.
- Maintain accurate records of student and parent information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media platforms a plus.
- A passion for Montessori education is highly preferred.
