Job Description (Community Engagement Officer) 

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our team .The Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for creating and managing online communities dedicated to our Jolly, Savings, and Investment users across platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram. The role involves fostering communication, support, and engagement within these communities, as well as developing and implementing initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities (Community Engagement Officer) 

  1. Create and manage Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram groups dedicated to our Jolly, Savings, and Investment users to foster communication, support, and engagement.
  2. Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our user base and revenue streams.
  4. Monitor and analyze user feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the fintech industry.
  7. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  8. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients/users.
  9. Document accurate reports with facts, figures, and data for review meetings
