Job Title: Collections Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Track, locate and visit defaulted customers and implement repayment / collection actions and terms；
- Responsible for reviewing the end customer information collected by the sales department and controlling the last step；
- Be able to effectively predict customers with potential default risks and propose solutions;
- Monitor the inventory and sales status of all dealers, agents and local sales, and provide opinions and solutions;
- Reduce risks in the circulation process;
- Perform any other related function as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related studies.
- Previous experience in Debt Collection (field) preferred (at least 2 year).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent persuasion and convincing skills, result-oriented and self-driven.
- Installment loans experience preferred.
