Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our client service efforts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client service management, a deep understanding of our industry, and the ability to drive excellence in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Understand clients’ business needs and ensure our services align with their objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute retention initiatives to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any related course of study.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in client service management role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for client engagement and growth.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
