We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chinese Translator / Customer Service Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

  • As a Telesales Customer Service Officer, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to drive sales, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with a focus on generating sales and addressing customer needs.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective telesales techniques and relationship-building.
  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and follow-up actions.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer objections and challenges professionally, working to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and processes.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.
  • Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.

What We Offer

  • Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
  • Competitive Salary: Attractive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
