Job Description- Catering Manager 

  • We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in onshore/offshore catering operations.
  • As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services that exceed client expectations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities- Catering Manager

  • Develop and implement catering strategies to meet the needs of onshore/offshore clients.
  • Manage all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and train catering staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific catering requirements and preferences.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of food and supplies.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for catering operations.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns related to catering services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance catering offerings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications- Catering Manager

  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in onshore/offshore catering operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing catering teams and delivering exceptional services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and catering management software is preferred.

 

 

 

 

Salary Range

  • N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
