Qualifications and Skills- Call Centre Representative
- Waec,B.sc/HND in any discipline.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Innovative and problem-solving mindset.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology, including mobile apps and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
