We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business & Partnerships Associate

Location: Lagos

 

Job Description

  • In this role, you will play a crucial part in the growth and development of our payment processing solutions.
  • You will work closely with various teams within the organisation to ensure efficient operations, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market reach.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing partner relationships and identify promising new collaborations.
  • Collaborate with all internal and external teams to streamline and optimise operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • File and keep all contracts and agreement files with all partners and other departmental-related files.
  • Follow up on and perfect all paperwork for every new collaboration within your purview.
  • Manage, track, and keep records of all operations and analyse transaction data related to partners within your purview to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure smooth operations by documenting and updating standing operating procedures (SOP), and monitoring partner compliance with agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that are consistent with the position and as may be designated by your Team Lead or the executive management of the company.

 

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of B.Sc.
  • You have a hands-on and get-things-done mentality.
  • You can adapt to a fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity and prioritising your deliveries according to business needs.
  • You are organised, composed, tenacious, well-spoken, confident, and smart.
  • You have an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • You have Great Communication Skills: written and verbal
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fintech.
  • Availability – available to dive deep into tasks.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / Month.
