Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business development team to achieve company targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the preparation of business proposals and contracts.
- Mentor and train junior business development staff.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Report to senior management on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with at least 1years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Must belong to social Groups, Clubs and or Associations.
