Job Title: Business Development Executive – HR Outsourcing
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored HR solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record in HR outsourcing or related industry
- Minimum of 3 years in HR Outsourcing service sales
- Strong understanding of HR functions and outsourcing trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
