Job Title: Business Development Administrator (Remote)

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and confident Business Development Administrator to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, be comfortable with cold calling and email outreach, and possess excellent administrative skills. A British accent or confidence in speaking to British customers is highly desirable.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce Care Cuddle’s services
  • Perform email outreach to generate new business leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Present and sell our remote support services convincingly
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities in our CRM system
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining client databases
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Assist with marketing efforts and campaigns
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve our sales strategy

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and email outreach
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with British customers
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to close deals
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: 250,000 Naira per month
  • Potential Earnings: With commission, you can earn in excess of 1,000,000 Naira per month
