We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Branding, Events, and Activations
Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand activations, managing vendor
relationships, and executing branding initiatives. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in
organizing corporate events such as seminars, webinars, press conferences, and handling CSR projects.

Job Responsibilities of a Branding, Events, and Activations Manager

  • Develop and execute brand activation strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand objectives and create innovative activation concepts
    and campaigns.
  • Identify and liaise with relevant vendors, agencies, and partners to execute brand activations, ensuring
    high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of branding initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including digital platforms, print materials, merchandise,
    and events.
  • Plan and execute corporate events such as seminars, webinars, conferences, product launches, and
    press conferences from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and
    on-site management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through various channels and drive attendance.
  • Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects and initiatives, including community engagement
    programs, environmental sustainability efforts, and charitable partnerships.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand activations, events, and CSR initiatives, and provide
    recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

 

 

Job Requirements- Branding, Events, and Activations Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branding, events management, and activations, preferably in a
    corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing brand activations, events, and CSR projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with
    vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Proficiency in event management software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event execution.
  • Passion for social responsibility and making a positive impact in the community.

 

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Event Management or Project Management.
  • Experience working in industries such as Banking, hospitality, entertainment, or consumer goods.
