Job Functions- Branch Manager
- Supervises the total operations of the branch which include loan disbursement, savings withdrawers, and day-to-day activities of the branch. Coordinates the MIS, MSO, and materials at the branch level to achieve set objectives.
Job Requirements- Branch Manager:
- Must possess leadership skills
- Ability to direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to details.
- Must be computer literate
- Must possess an HND or BSC degree
- Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Ability to oversee and manage all aspects of business such as Accounting, human resources, and operation
- Must be willing to relocate.
