We are looking to strengthen our HR team with a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner. This role is essential to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring optimal human resources management.
Job Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
- Implement and execute the company’s HR strategy.
- Intervene at various decision-making levels, including recruitment, integration, career management and consulting.
- Work closely with HR management to assess the profitability of teams.
- Propose training programs in line with profiles and budgets.
- Manage the recruitment process.
- Support managers in team management and labor relations.
- Identify areas for improvement to optimize team profitability and enhance company performance.
- Lead performance and talent reviews within the organization.
- Identify potential and set up a succession plan to ensure the continuity of key skills within the organization.
- Play a key role in developing and nurturing talent.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Employment Law or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT or services sector.
- Knowledge of labor law, administrative law and social law.
- Management skills
- Advanced project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong listening and adaptability skills.
