We are seeking a skilled and dynamic AI Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of artificial intelligence projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and AI technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Job Description of an AI Project Manager:

1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
4. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, both human and technical, to maximize project outcomes.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models and systems.
7. Adaptability: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting project strategies to leverage new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring  technical feasibility. 
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing AI projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
