As part of our ongoing expansion, RightCom, a leader in customer experience management in Africa, is looking for a dedicated, passionate and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate who loves SaaS products and enterprise clients. This position is essential to support our mission to improve business impact for our customers, while strengthening RightCom’s position as the leader in CX management on the African continent.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies that align with corporate objectives and customer expectations.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day customer interactions to build positive and lasting relationships.
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist in the analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for customers, promoting effective use of our CX products and services.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Act as an intermediary between customers and internal teams to resolve problems quickly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, communications or related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer success role, ideally in the technology sector.
  • Good understanding of African market dynamics and specific customer needs.
  • Computer skills, particularly in the use of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English, with a preference for those who also speak French.
