Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Biomedical Engineering Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of young biomedical engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Oversee workload distribution and ensure efficient use of resources.
2. Global Best Practices:
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, ensuring that all biomedical engineering services adhere to global best practices and industry standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in biomedical engineering.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Establish quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure the highest standards in biomedical engineering services.
- Implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives as needed.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Support teams to understand client needs and expectations.
