Key Responsibilities
- Alumni Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to maintain strong connections with alumni through communication plans, events, and initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain relationships with alumni, understanding their needs and aspirations, and serving as their primary point of contact.
- Alumni Programming: Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster meaningful connections among alumni.
- Career Support: Provide career development resources and support, including job search assistance, mentorship programs, and access to professional development opportunities.
- Communication and Outreach: Develop effective communication strategies to keep alumni informed about organizational updates and opportunities for involvement, utilizing various channels.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of alumni engagement activities and analyze data to measure metrics and inform future strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate alumni engagement initiatives into overall organizational strategies.
