Responsibilities of Agency Manager

  • Oversees operations at individual branches of an insurance company or another type of agency
  • Assessing the effectiveness of employees and implementing key performance goals, such as increased sales, better customer service,
  • Maintains client relationships and ensures that each individual client’s needs are met.
  • Creates unique solutions for clients to choose from.
  • Generates diverse clientele by applying marketing strategies and referrals. Identifies specific needs of clients and provides the best financial solutions to clients.
  • Coordinating the team, to ensure the sales budget is met across the agency.
  • Marketing insurance products, motivating, planning, controlling, advising, the in order to achieve performance,
  • Supervising and coordinating all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Operations at individual branches of an insurance company or another type of agency Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage, supervise and train Retail Sales Agent. Implement sales initiatives within the Agency sales team.
  • Achieve business targets in terms of volumes (NOP), market share and profits across all business segments.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
  • Monitor sales activities, product needs, and service requirements.
  • Proven experience in sales and managing customer relationships.

 

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND or BA in relevant fields with 5 years work experience.

 

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
