Job Description

  • CLMI is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Administrative Assistant / Marketer to support office administration and assist with marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks while proactively making calls to clients and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • The role requires strong multitasking abilities and computer literacy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle other forms of communication professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote services and generate leads.
  • Maintain client relationships and update the customer database.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
  • Coordinate office meetings, appointments, and other events as necessary.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing efforts (optional).
  • Perform any other administrative or marketing duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong marketing or client relations skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
