Hephzibah Experiential Limited, a leading experiential marketing agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will assist with various tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also assist with general office management tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, inventory management, and handling basic accounting responsibilities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities- Administrative Assistant

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling and rescheduling meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and restock as necessary
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Assist with special projects and events coordination

Requirements- Administrative Assistant

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
