We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Success Officer
Location: Lagos

Position Overview:
- The Account Success Officer plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
- This position focuses on guiding new and potential clients through the onboarding process, resolving any concerns, and nurturing long-term relationships to promote customer success and loyalty.
- The Account Success Officer will act as the primary liaison between the client and the company, driving both client satisfaction and revenue growth through strategic support and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding:
- Guide new and potential clients through the onboarding process for opening a business account.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient setup, addressing any initial questions or concerns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, goals, and businesses to provide personalized support.
Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues or concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
Strategic Guidance and Client Growth:
- Understand clients’ long-term goals and identify opportunities to support their business success.
- Provide insights and guidance based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.
Account Growth and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that align with client needs.
Industry Knowledge:
- Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies.
- Use this knowledge to offer strategic recommendations and innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and address client needs proactively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services is a plus.
