Job Title: Operations Manager/ Practice Manager
Location: Lagos
Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and dedicated Operations Manager / Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our clinic.
- This role is essential for ensuring smooth functioning, optimizing processes, managing staff, and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Staff Management: Supervise clinic staff, manage scheduling, conduct performance evaluations, and support training needs.
- Financial Oversight: Manage clinic budget, oversee billing and invoicing, track expense and optimize operational costs.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and restocking of supplies and medications.
- Client Relations: Ensure positive client experiences, address any issues or complaints, and work on strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all policies, procedures, and protocols comply with veterinary regulations and standards.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Health Management, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations or practice management, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Ikeja and the surrounding area is a plus.
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 35 years and above
- Location: Must reside in or around Ikeja.
