Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition team, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing recruitment methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead a recruitment team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs to ensure timely placement.
- Manage recruitment metrics, analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, team management, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary
N850,000 – N900,000 per month.
