Job Description
- As the Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional pharmaceutical care to our clients. Your leadership will guide the pharmacy team to meet targets, ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing inventory.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and HCAs
- Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical standards.
- Provide expert consultation on drug therapies and interact with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Medical consultation
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medication.
- Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent Degree.
- 2 – 5 years experience in a relevant position
- Leadership skills
- Attentive to details and highly organized.
