Role Description
The HR & Admin Manager provides support to the Head, Corporate Services essentially on all HR and Admin related matters such as providing oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compensation & benefits, learning, and development; as well as overseeing administrative functions.
Qualifications
A first degree (minimum of second class lower) in social sciences or a related field
Professional qualification (CIPM, HRCI)
Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist working experience.
