Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.

  • Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Reconcile bank statements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional Certification
  • Strong knowledge of working with Xero Accounting Software.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience as a Finance Officer in Financial Technology sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Extensive experience using financial software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations.

2. Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and executing operational strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and enhance efficiency.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including transaction processing, customer support, compliance, and risk management.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.

3. Risk and compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in external reviews and audits.
  • Execute the annual compliance plan under the direction and supervision of a senior compliance officer or team leader.
  • Facilitate in reporting of suspicious transactions.
  • Perform compliance reviews.
  • Prepare and update all risk and compliance related manuals.
  • Provide compliance advisory to business units and business functions.

4. Sales Manager

Job Description:

Summary: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth in the business-to-business (B2B) sector. Leveraging your expertise in payment gateway and remittance services, you will develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the remittance industry.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team’s success.

Qualifications and Experience:
