We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Review all vendors and suppliers
- Maintain purchase records and other important data
- Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
- Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
- Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers
Requirements
- Cognate Experience – 3 years and above of practicing procurement;
- Age Bracket: 1984 – 1994
- University graduates only from the following discipline: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Engineering and all Engineering field.
- Ability to negotiate contracts
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
