Greenlife Pharmaceuticals Limited, a family-owned and partnership business was incorporated in the year 1995 with RC No. 269507 under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It has its Corporate Head Office located at 2, Bank Lane, Off Town Planning Way, Ilupeju, Lagos. It was licensed by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria in the year 2000. Since the commencement of full operations in the year 2000, the company has remained committed to sales, distribution, and marketing of best-in-class quality and affordable brands of pharmaceutical products in its bid to promote healthy living. Our Business Greenlife Pharmaceuticals’ primary business focus is on healthcare delivery. The company has the vision of “being a vanguard of healthy living and a choice companion to all her publics”. The company has over time introduced some pharmaceutical products of various therapeutic segments which have become brand leaders in the Nigerian markets viz: anti-malarials, Anti-Infectives, Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Helminthes, Anti-Hypertensive, Laxatives, Multivitamins among others. The company products are also marketed in some other countries on the West Coast of Africa. At present the company has over seventy Five (75) NAFDAC registered products in its stable. These include the WHO and FMHO recently approved Atemesinin-based Anti-Malaria drugs of which Lonart® a brand of Artemisinin is the company’s flagship. Others are givther Injection® (Atemether) Gsunate Forte® (Artesunate) Alaxin® (Dihydroartemisinin) Gsunate Kit® (Artesunate + Amodiaquine) P-Alaxin® (Dihydroartemisinin + Piperaquine). Some are in Tablets, Injections, Suppositories, and Syrups, all from Bliss GVS Labs India. Also marketed by the company are the ever popular anti-inflammatory drugs, Felvin® a brand of Piroxicam, and the Day by Day® range of Consumer healthcare products from Rajat Pharmachem PVT India. Then Grendopa® an anti-hypertensive, and Omefast® an anti-ulcer from Aquatic Formulation India among others. Greenlife Pharmaceuticals Limited has developed an effective product distribution network across the six (6) geo-political zones of the country and has 72 Pharmacists among 192 numbers of staff at its employ. The company continues to pursue new product development initiatives with the view of identifying and satisfying the needs of its market. Presently Greenlife is a marketing company but it is fast building its factory at Ota in Ogun State. Greenlife Pharmaceuticals Limited in Its expansion has added Seagreen Pharmaceuticals Limited located at Anthony Village, Lagos, and Greenlife Electronics Limited located in Opebi Street, in Ikeja, Lagos.
Job Description of an Accountant
- To analyze financial data for discrepancies or errors; reconcile data
- Promote the mission, values and vision of the organization.
- Maintain specified financial records; maintain and reconcile account ledgers; maintain and enter monthly journal entries, maintain and reconcile bank accounts.
- Enforcing work output to minimize cost and maximize efficiencies. While also ensuring that the services provided are the best possible in the market
- Overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Develop a budget and perform an analysis of the organization’s financial situation.
- Ensuring standards are maintained and protocols are followed
- Putting together the hospital’s payroll and submitting all tax documents.
- Assist in developing and maintaining advanced Excel spreadsheets for a variety of applications.
- Assess the financial impact of proposed services and programs and monitor the financial cost/benefits of existing programs and services.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge and techniques to all areas of work, including routine costing and variety analysis.
Requirements of an Accountant
- Candidates should possess First Degrees with 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience.
Salary
N220,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
