This has to be deliberate, in fact, we are looking for smart persons to join our Customer Success team to engage with our customers to ensure successful business opportunities and revenue generation.
Role
Your role will focus on retaining our core customer base.
In this role, you will deal directly with
customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.
Responsibilities
- Engage with a list of customers on a daily basis through calls and emails.
- Reactivate inactive accounts and monitor customer churn to regain business.
- Assist customers in finishing their onboarding process by providing proactive assistance and timely support.
- Resolve any issues faced by the customers in collaboration with other teams to ensure successful account reactivation.
- Ensure all customer interactions are tracked and updated in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet the team’s qualitative and quantitative targets.
About You
- You have a strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- You are customer focused and adaptable to different personality types.
- You have an ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- You have the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- You are empathetic and patient.
- You have a track record of surpassing expectations
- A previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
