Consumer Engagement/Client Service Manager
Work Mode: Hybrid | Location: Lagos Mainland
Job Summary:
The Consumer Engagement/Client Service manager at Wildreams serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top-tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate market penetration strategies and manage the relationships for new and existing clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact.
- Understand clients’ needs, goals, and challenges, and proactively address their concerns.
Critical Competencies
- Creativity and experience bringing new programs and ideas to fruition.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an advertising agency is compulsory.
