Elizabeth Maddeux Limited was established to address the human resource challenges faced by small and medium-scale enterprises. 1. PHOTOGRAPHER
Job Duties
- Capturing high-quality, captivating images of shortlets (3 days a week)
- Taking 360 pictures of the shortlet apartment and capturing all the angles
- Editing and retouching photos to meet the highest standards of quality
- Maintaining and managing photography equipment
- Timely submission of photos to appropriate persons within the organization
- Managing photography sessions
Qualifications
- A Degree or certification in Videography or related field preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in photography
- Thorough knowledge of handling and managing photography equipment
- Knowledge of photography techniques and photo editing software (photoshop, Lightroom, etc)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team
- Strong attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
- Ability to stand or crouch for hours during photoshoots.
2. PRODUCT MANAGER
Job Duties
- Filming and editing footage to produce engaging, visually stunning videos (minimum of 10 shortlet videos monthly)
- Creating compelling video contents that has storytelling as a major element
- Maintaining and operating videography equipment, ensuring they is in optimal condition
- Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements in videography.
Qualification
- A Degree or certification in Videography or related field preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in videography with a portfolio showcasing a range of work
- Passionate about visual storytelling and creating memorable experiences
- Thorough knowledge of handling and managing videography equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team
- Strong attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
- Ability to stand or crouch for hours during videoshoots.

4. Content Strategist
Job Duties
- Owning the execution of an editorial calendar incorporating engaging content that brings clients and referrals
- Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas
- Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
- Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand’s target audience
- Ideation and creation of social media content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/Threads, LinkedIn)
- Execute and optimize email campaigns and flows
- Creating advertising and marketing materials and overseeing their production
- Creating advertising material for print, billboards, lamp posts, electronic boards, etc
- Planning and executing content production with the CEO and other executives at the firm
- Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and writers to implement the strategy
- Assisting with Public Relations initiatives as they come up
- Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content and ensuring they are followed
- Developing editorial strategy so content is consistent across all delivery platforms
- Conducting periodic content audits
- Tracking and calculating content ROI
- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Analyzing the content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it’s working or not.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mass Communication or any related field
- 2+ years of experience creating and executing a content calendar
- Proven ability to drive growth and engagement on social media
- Ability to provide examples of prior content creation, from ideation to execution
- Data-driven with solid understanding of key content metrics
- Ability to capture a brand voice and values and implement across all forms of content
- Strong research and proof-reading skills
- Knack for conceptualizing new content through the repurposing of existing video and written content
- Superior organizational skills.
