All telecom companies are licensed to provide National Identity Card capture, Issuance of SIM cards, airtime, data & Financial Services also called mobile banking. Digilearn Centre Limited manages field & retail operations recruiting independent agents and monitoring devices assigned to these agents.
Due to emerging opportunities in the business enterprises sub-sector of the telecoms industry in Nigeria, Digilearn has restructured its operations to focus on sales and marketing.
As a result, urgent vacancies have arisen for the following Roles:
1. Admin & Logistics Manager
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day admin and logistics activities at our head office and outlets in Lagos. You’ll interpret and apply administration and logistics policies, facilitate internal procedures, and oversee the central inventory management system.
Under the guidance of the General Manager and CEO, your key responsibilities will include general administrative coordination, logistics planning, facility and asset maintenance, product sourcing, pricing and procurement, projects management, government agency liaison, property management, and more.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a BSc/HND in Any Science or Social Science Discipline, 2-4 years of relevant admin and logistics experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a strong orientation for details and accuracy.

2. Accountant
As the Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and overseeing financial activities. Under the guidance of the Finance & Accounts Manager, you’ll lead the Accounts team and support business efforts across locations and outlets in Lagos.
Your responsibilities will include general accounting tasks, finance analysis, reporting and management, validation of transactions, budget management, bank transactions, and producing financial reports. You’ll also ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts, handle receivables and payables, resolve financial issues, assist in financial audits, and perform other assigned responsibilities.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting or Finance, 2-3 years of relevant work experience, expertise in full set of accounts, knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, meticulous attention to detail, deadline orientation, and the ability to work independently and multitask.
